This beautiful house has already been built and finished beautifully. This house has been assembled, and is 3/8" wood, not mdf. The house has a wrap around porch with a gazebo, and has over 2,000 shingles. The dollhouse is painted pink and white with green trim. The porch has flooring and is well made. Real Good Toys originally made the kit, and this was assembled. Well made.
