This beautiful house has already been built in NJ, USA and finished beautifully on the outside. The house is called The Walton, and was originally made by The House That Jack Built. They sold the business to Melissa and Doug who made and sold kits for a while. This has been assembled and painted, and has three window boxes with red geraniums. The siding is milled into the house, and it has been shingled. There's a porch with railings and posts, The house is 3/8" birch plywood, it is all wood so you can stain the floors if desired. You and paint the walls and or wallpaper. There's a staircase and a landing rail set included as well as the dividers. The dividers are not attached so you can put them where you like and make room sizes to your needs.
