This beautiful absolutely stunning work is by Steve Hilbert , United Kingdom. This prison was featured in a museum in England and then purchased by a collector here in the US. The prison has traveled a long way is a wonderful OOAK gem. The structure has lighting but has not been tested and did'nt come with a plug, it's being sold as is.
