Dollhouse Miniature - Spooky Dollhouse By Ursula Sauerberg

This is a wonderful Halloween / Haunted house designed by Ursula Sauerberg. Spooky and wonderful! There's a large water tower on the outside with water and a skeleton inside, as well as creepy outdoor surroundings. The inside is aged to perfection and has the lighting as well as all outdoor landscaping included. There's a Studio B black metal chandelier included as well.

There are so many features, and we're happy to send you more pictures of the dollhouse if needed. The house comes unfurnished, the photo is for illustrative purposes only. We do not guarantee the electrical work.

The house is on wheels that are easily removed. The house stands tall, and is large, but please look at the measurements, you can always make room!!

The dollhouse cannot be shipped via USPS, UPS, or other regular carriers. We have partnered with a specialist delivery firm who offer a "white glove service" to deliver within the lower 48 states of the USA, or you can collect the dollhouse from our store in Clinton, NJ.
