Another wonderful original structure by Ursula Sauerberg. This New Orleans hotel has wonderful features outside as well as inside. All the rooms upstairs and bathroom fixtures are included in what you see in the empty pictures. The extras are included, as well as the kitchen cabinets. Flower boxes adorn the upstairs windows with beautiful flowers, railings, fretwork and more on the exterior. Beautiful landscaping and flowers as well. The inside has so many different rooms, and is wonderful. 4 Stories and 13 rooms.

Ursula made this into a brothel, and it's lovely how she decorated it.

The house is on wheels that are easily removed. The house stands tall, and is large, but please look at the measurements, you can always make room!!

The dollhouse cannot be shipped via USPS, UPS, or other regular carriers. We have partnered with a specialist delivery firm who offer a "white glove service" to deliver within the lower 48 states of the USA, or you can collect the dollhouse from our store in Clinton, NJ.
