Ursula Sauerberg created the three different shops in a row. There are 4 stories and 13 rooms in this wonderful row of houses. The fronts are different shops and they include from left to right is a Tailor and Dressmaker shop, Ice Cream Shop and then Toy Shop.

There are living quarters upstairs. Ursula created the street scene and had it decorated according to her vision. The corner toy shop has nice detail and an advertisement on the side of the building, the Ice Cream shop is brick, and the dress shop is different than the other two. There's air conditioners in the window, a TV antennae up top and so many features.

The house is on wheels that are easily removed. The house stands tall, and is large, but please look at the measurements, you can always make room!!

The dollhouse cannot be shipped via USPS, UPS, or other regular carriers. We have partnered with a specialist delivery firm who offer a "white glove service" to deliver within the lower 48 states of the USA, or you can collect the dollhouse from our store in Clinton, NJ.
