This is a wonderful handmade and painted flower cart with flowers. The cart is beautifully hand painted, made of wood. The flowers are a vareity of commerical silk roses and some handmade. You can always put the flowers you like inside as there's stryrofoam in place to hold the flowers. A very European feel to the piece.
