This is an incredible petit point by Ursula Sauerberg. Ursula was a trained seamstress originally from Germany. She did needlework every day of her life for hours a day. This is a fine piece of her work. This is a large piece that she framed on an aged wooden painted frame.

The piece is Allegory of Wealth by Simon Vouet. Allegory of Wealth is a circa 1640 painting by the French Baroque artist Simon Vouet.
